IF YOU ARE ENTERING THIS AGREEMENT ON BEHALF OF AN ORGANIZATION, YOU CONFIRM THAT YOU HAVE THE AUTHORITY TO BIND THE ORGANIZATION, AND THAT THE ORGANIZATION WILL BE BOUND BY THESE TERMS. THE TERMS "YOU" OR "YOUR" SHALL REFER TO YOU AND SUCH ORGANIZATION (IF APPLICABLE).
Ownership
This service is owned and operated by Moses Now. Moses Now retains ownership of all derivative works, improvements, or modifications to its intellectual property, regardless of their origin.
Our Services
The Services provided by Moses Now are not intended for distribution or use by individuals or organizations in jurisdictions where such use would violate local laws or regulations. By accessing our Services from outside the United States, you agree to comply with local laws. Our platform is not designed to comply with industry-specific regulations (e.g., HIPAA, FISMA). If your use of the Services requires compliance with such regulations, you may not use our Services. Additionally, you may not use our platform in a way that violates the Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act (GLBA).
Intellectual Property Rights
Moses Now retains ownership of all intellectual property rights in the platform, including but not limited to source code, databases, software, design, text, graphics, and trademarks. These elements are provided "AS IS" for your personal, non-commercial use only. Reverse engineering, decompiling, or disassembling any part of the platform is strictly prohibited.
Your Use of Our Services
We grant you a limited, revocable, non-transferable license to access and use the Services for personal, non-commercial purposes, subject to compliance with these Terms. Any unauthorized use, including reproducing or distributing platform content for commercial purposes, is strictly prohibited.

User Registration
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. Moses Now reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. Accounts may also be terminated for inactivity exceeding six months.
Purchases and Payment
Moses Now accepts payment via major credit cards and third-party payment processors. Prices are subject to change, and all transactions will be conducted in U.S. dollars. Recurring charges will be processed automatically unless you cancel your subscription before the next billing cycle.
Free Trial
New users may access a free 15-day trial. After the trial period, the credit card on file will be automatically charged for a monthly subscription unless the subscription is canceled before the trial ends.
Cancellation
Subscriptions can be canceled at any time through your account settings. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period.
Prohibited Activities
You agree not to:
