Agreement To Our Legal Terms

PLEASE READ THESE TERMS OF SERVICE CAREFULLY. BY USING OUR SERVICES (AS DEFINED BELOW), YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS ("TERMS OF SERVICE" OR "AGREEMENT"). IF YOU ARE ENTERING THIS AGREEMENT ON BEHALF OF AN ORGANIZATION, YOU CONFIRM THAT YOU HAVE THE AUTHORITY TO BIND THE ORGANIZATION, AND THAT THE ORGANIZATION WILL BE BOUND BY THESE TERMS. THE TERMS "YOU" OR "YOUR" SHALL REFER TO YOU AND SUCH ORGANIZATION (IF APPLICABLE).

Ownership

This service is owned and operated by Jerome Byrd (referred to herein as "MOSES "we," "our," or "us"). Jerome Byrd retains ownership of all derivative works, improvements, or modifications to its intellectual property, regardless of their origin.

Our Services

The Services provided by MOSES Jerome Byrd are not intended for distribution or use by individuals or organizations in jurisdictions where such use would violate local laws or regulations. By accessing our Services from outside the United States, you agree to comply with local laws. Our platform is not designed to comply with industry-specific regulations (e.g., HIPAA, FISMA). If your use of the Services requires compliance with such regulations, you may not use our Service

Intellectual Properties Rights

Our Intellectual Property

Jerome Byrd - MOSES retains ownership of all intellectual property rights in the platform, including but not limited to source code, databases, software, design, text, graphics, and trademarks. These elements are provided "AS IS" for your personal, non-commercial use only. Reverse engineering, decompiling, or disassembling any part of the platform is strictly prohibited.

Your Use of Our Services

We grant you a limited, revocable, non-transferable license to access and use the Services for personal, non-commercial purposes, subject to compliance with these Terms. Any unauthorized use, including reproducing or distributing platform content for commercial purposes, is strictly prohibited.

User Representation

By using the Services, you confirm that you:

Provide accurate and up-to-date registration information.
Have the legal capacity to enter into this Agreement.
Will not engage in prohibited activities as outlined below.

User Registration

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. Jerome Byrd - MOSES reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

Purchases and Payments

Jerome Byrd - MOSES accepts payment via major credit cards and third-party payment processors. Prices are subject to change, and all transactions will be conducted in U.S. dollars. Recurring charges will be processed automatically unless you cancel your subscription before the next billing cycle.

Free Trial

New users may access a free 5 day trial. After the trial period, the credit card on file will be automatically charged for a monthly subscription unless the subscription is canceled before the trial ends.

Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

Use the Services for unlawful purposes.
Interfere with the platform's functionality.
Violate intellectual property rights.
Post defamatory, obscene, or discriminatory content.
Use automated tools (e.g., bots) to access the platform.
Misrepresent the platform's purpose or exploit vulnerabilities.

Violations may result in permanent account bans and potential legal action.

Modifications and Interruptions

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue Services at any time without prior notice. Updates to these Terms will be communicated, and your continued use of the platform constitutes agreement to the changes. Sermon Solutions is not liable for interruptions or technical issues affecting access to the platform.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Jerome Byrds - MOSES shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services, including but not limited to data loss, revenue loss, or service downtime, even in cases of negligence.

Entire Agreement

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Jerome Byrd - MOSES regarding the use of our Services and supersede any prior agreements.
